三，廣播稿改寫2題（來自紐約時報上的2小段）

四，編譯題60分中文材料編譯成英語新聞
今年要答好業務題的特點就是，背好那40幾道簡答題（其中第一大題里好幾道來自那分資料），接下來的以下三題雖然很活，但按照張健書上的一些改寫規則和注意點還是不難改的。最后一道60分的大題張健要么出直接一段英文新聞改寫（如09年真題），要么出中文新聞編譯成英文新聞（如08，10年真題），這題一靠英語基本功，因為難免會遇到中文新聞里的個別詞不會翻，二就是要注意英語新聞的寫作特點。編譯題還是要多練練的。

1. 新聞的基本特點和要素
2. 國際信息流中西方強勢的主要表現
3. 受眾的特征以及對我國對外傳播事業的啟示

二．簡答題（20分每題）
1. 新聞的定義&新聞學的中心議題和新聞學的三大組成部分
2. “報刊四種理論”的主要內容, 其積極意義和存在的缺陷
3 新聞媒體與輿論的關系

三. 論述題（30分每題）
1. 請談談什么是新聞性信息流和非新聞性信息流，并根據你的理解討論一下在網絡時代這樣的歸類合理性和不足之處。2. 互聯網媒體的出現對我國的對外傳播事業發展既是一個機會又是一個挑戰。請你結合自己的理解論述一下互聯網媒體對我國對外傳播事業的機會和挑戰具體體現在哪些方面？為什么？
